About Us

Life Supply is a locally owned and operated business located at 11 Veterans Drive, Chicopee, Massachusetts with additional locations at 143 Mill Street, Leominster, Massachusetts and 299 Carew Street, Springfield, Massachusetts.

The entire Life Supply family prides itself on the high quality of service we provide to our community.  Our company is JCAHO accredited, most recently in February of 2005.  Life Supply has a strong business relationship with many hospice, physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and most managed care insurances within Massachusetts. 

In the summer of 2003, LSC purchased a 20,000 square foot facility in Chicopee.  This facility allows us to offer a respiratory training and education center to the community.   This center provides many services and is dedicated to oxygen therapy, sleep apnea, as well as, asthma and allergy.  We also offer a custom fitting center that allows CPAP patients a private consultation with our respiratory therapist.   We work closely with the American Lung Association and provide training and education to the Red Cross.

In the fall of 2005, LSC acquired Diversified Medical Equipment Services (DMES) expanding our service area. DMES has been servicing customers for 17 years in Leominster, Fitchburg, and surrounding communities.  A store is located on the premises with an impressive range of products and provides ample parking.

In the spring of 2007, LSC purchased a 1,000 square foot facility in Springfield. This facility has a showroom with a consultation area and is located at the Physicians Office Center, Mercy Medical Center. The showroom was specially designed as a resource for both physicians and their patients to experience first hand the newest technology in Oxygen, Sleep Apnea, and Durable Medical Equipment. This location also offers custom fitting for CPAP patients and a private consultation with our respiratory therapist.
